Used to be amazing, but they decided to rebrand, which turned out to only be an icon change. One that doesn't even respect the android guidelines thus look awful and out of place. They announced the change through a set of push notifications that were impossible to disable. My phone is set to remind me every 3 minutes for missed notifications from Truecaller, in case I miss a text or call. This caused me more spam than the app blocked in my last year. Incredible disrespect...

PLEASE can you change the way numbers are "verified" and REQUIRE "secure calls" to have completed and verified information on their profile. I'm constantly blocking "secure calls" from "verified" but still entirely anoymous numbers because that's all the information available and frankly that does nothing to allay my concerns. I want to know WHO this number is verified as. I don't care that you know who it is, if you're not going to tell me who it is.

I cannot recieve voice-mails now, even after uninstalling the app and trouble shooting for hours, and the assistant doesn't answer anymore, the call just hangs in silence forever. Now the app literally has the assistant feature deleted and i still cant use any voicemail feature with my phone. The voice-mail feature never worked well anyway; I would like to have the assistant quickly take their message or use the one I recorded after a call fails to reach me as you would expect. This is bad, guys

Truecaller is generally considered a safe app, but like any software that collects and uses personal data, there are potential security and privacy concerns. The app collects and stores data such as phone numbers, email addresses, and names, which could be vulnerable to cyberattacks. Really a dangerous app....leaks all contacts to any person... worst experience

Worst design. Just entered name of the junk call, and blocked the contact. After blocking it is again asking the name. Sometimes there may be need to add some info along the name. But if I click edit, the name is removed and the value is empty. I need to type again the pre-existing string again. It is not at all user friendly. The only reason everyone using is the app introduction time and the biggest database they have. Ofcourse still working with designers without common sense.

Works well, The only gripe is not having a separate message app. And the bottom premium icon with the red ! I've paid for the year stop being greedy and remove the premium icon its annoying. Edit. 2 years later and the annoying notification is still there even though I've paid for the year bugging you to take out a higher priced subscription.

App no longer blocks spam callers, none whatsoever. I get the Truecaller alert but the call never gets blocked I have to manually block the call each time. I have set alert me when a call is blocked, I no longer get any alerts. The App says it needs an update, I click on the link but the Play Store only has uninstall and open. I have no power saving configuration set up for the App. I am losing trust in this App and considering just uninstalling it.

Please provide an option to disable all notifications after the call ends. The problem is once the call is completed True Caller minimizes the current running app example maps, etc and displace the notification screen which is annoying and it is more distracting while driving mode which posses a risk in road saftey. Else the app has evolved greatly over the years.

Their premium service is a spam. They charged the money for whole year but it doesn't get activated at all. There is no way to get the support even for premium subscribers.
