The app is annoying as it keeps nagging to review. That said, it works most of the time. The cellular network is another matter..where because Circles use Optus (the most unreliable network one could imagine), no one could use their phone service this morning. The app didn't handle that network failure and is currently showing "something's not right"...and earlier "Hang tight! We are upgrading our systems".

I have 2 sim cards for my 2 daughters phones but can't access these both on the app. They told me it was an app for each number which is REALLY frustrating as you clearly can't have 2 apps on your phone I'll need to log out of one and log in to the other! Just annoying and silly that such a simple thing has been overlooked by circles! It is a great plan for the kids but this inconvenience will definitely wear thin and I'll probably end up changing to a different more user friendly telco.

DO NOT choose circles! Were ok for 2 years until I upgraded my plan. Sneaky extra fees they never mention to you, which, as far as I am aware, it is illegal to not disclose all costs. The app is quite useless and has gotten worse over time. Also a bit hard to track your data usage as it only updates after 3hrs. Their notification system is also way behind. Customer service has also gone down hill. They expect you to reply quick but they take over a week to reply to you, and still not fix it.

It's not great. App is limited, cannot track excess data or 3gb bonus data so you're in the wilderness. As a result I had $40 excess data fee and account was blocked for a day. Also can't change plans so you're stuck with what you got. Speeds are slow here in Gold Coast but that's more Optus problem. Switched to Vodafone and has been so much quicker. Highly recommend FELIX. Unlimited data for $35. No more excess data fees.

Useless app...nothing much you can do. Also, from my personal experience, useless internet reception. It's not what they make you believe it to be. Sharing across multiple gadgets, smooth connection...bollox!! Bugger all reception, unless with wifi connection, which defeats the purpose of why I sign up in the first place. Going back to previous provider after just less than 1 wk of subscription. As far as I'm concern, you can shaft your promotion up your arse!!! Very disappointed.
