I tried to download the app'. All I want to do is pay my bill AND update my information. I'm SUPPOSED to be enrolled in the automatic payment plan but not sure if it is still there!

Umm, go back to old app. It took me over 8 times to select my saved account and get it to process through. New password regulations suck. Sorry, that was rude. Its a gas company, who's gonna break into my account and want to pay my bill? Anyone?

THANK YOU *ALEX* THE TECHNCIAN FROM AZ! He's the one that responded to our call for our gas that sure enough WAS a gas leak & he was SO SO kind & extremely fast. He fixed EVERYTHING! and what he couldn't fix he told us what to do and how to take care of it. He was absolutely Amazing! Thank you SO MUCH SW GAS & Thank You Alex for responding so quickly and being so kind and professional. This Truly was one of those times where this WAS a Something & we are So glad we called.

Payments to the outside vendor are not well tracked. No confirmation email and posting takez three to five days..they are basically using my money for free. Bad stuff
