Edit: wow the app got fixed the day i contacted them about it. Very speedy customer service as well! 5 star app! The app worked up until yesterday 10/9/2022, now i cant even open it, it crashes and i get a notification about the app having a bug. If it was for this issue, the camera gets 5 stars from me. Never had any issues up until now.

Love these cameras so far so good.. Have outside and >inside cameras and doorbell .. The outside cameras have the solar panals for charging which is great.. Never have any lag issues or anything.

App shuts down after every event. Have to log out and log back in just to see who is at the door. Customer service claims they are updating app but have not and stopped communicating. The motion wake up time is too long, miss when a delivery person comes to the door. Such a slow response that nothing gets pushed to phone unless someone stands at the door for more than a minute

My girl got this without telling me. Took 4 hours of our time troubleshooting setting it up. Features of this product decide when they want to work or not work. Half the time the motion detector works. Half the time it doesn't. 10% of the time it wants the firmware to update, 90% of the time it doesn't. Our Alexa doesn't work with it. Its a trash product and thanks for an entire day of fighting with my girl saying we each did something wrong and that's why it's not working. IT'S TRASH

App will not play back on Android device. Live monitor does seem to work but when you try to playback an event, the app just continues to buffer. On iOS, the app fails to store events.

Just using the A-2 Cam Kit product for a week. The setup is pretty easy and fast. The camera picture is very clear, and live stream are fast in the app. It also has motion detection. The voice is good enough. Overall, I'm very satisfied the product. I would recommend to friend or family on this product.

I have had my WUUK doorbell for over 2 yrs and it works excellently. The most it has gone with a charge is 28 days which is awesome. The images are great. I just wish starting recording was a bit more concise. However, this is an amazing bell with two way speaker and pre-recorded options.

This is unfortunately the worst video doorbell I've used. -frequent, long-term disconnects from the receptacle -video never loads when tapping notifications....ever. Visitor is gone by the time you exit, clear app then reopen. -recorded video always stuttering, with massive frame gaps seconds long sometimes. Just a complete mess of an unreliable communication device with terrible support I might add.
