Buses are constantly late or don't show at all.The app is useless.The tracking goes on the timetable.It's not real time at all.It will show a bus due and then nothing turns up.Really unreliable service and app.

Awful service. Had a round trip today on bus 300 between Dublin Burgh Quay and Kildare village. Both times buses were half an hour late. Drivers are rude. On the way back bus seats were broken. Seats did not hold position and reclined uncontrollably. And I paid 26 euro for this, disgrace. Public transport must be comfortable, affordable and reliable in order to decrease car usage. However in Ireland the only good way of transportation is owning a car.
