Worked fine till update now can't close it, keeps cutting out, doesn't play, why touch something that worked. Yet again another update and every 10 seconds it cuts out for half a second. Now uninstalled.

I used to love the app but recently the music will stop after about 30 seconds. So very annoying to go back to your phone after the screen goes black to re activate it Pity this one large bug ruins the experience sadly.

I loved this app until recently. Living in a place other than London, I don't want to keep hearing London traffic news on my way to work! There are other places in the UK other than London! I even made an account to try to alter the location and this was useless. It was bad enough when you took away our brilliant local presenters and forced the horrendous Amanda Holden on us. Sometimes centralising and streamlining a business isn't the best way to go. Please at least sort the local issue out!

Love the app, but there is no way to properly exit it. You need to exit in the normal way, then swipe away the app from the lock screen and then delete it from the app history screen, otherwise the heart icon just stays in the status bar. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

since getting rid of local presenters, its gone seriously down hill. have been a listener for years still remember Danny and nicki (and Jack the lad) in the morning when it was southern FM. now I have changed radio. used to fight with my husband over the radio channel in the car, when I used it I set the radio to Heart and when he used it he changed it to radio 1. now I dont bother. Disgusted with heart for doing it and even more so for not listening to their avid listens and changing it back!

It has become the worst. I loved Heart when I could hear it separately from other radio stations. Now, it keeps crashing and I don't even like the view of it. Please change it back to just Heart radio, no other radio than that.

I've been listening to this radio station and keeping on eye with the artist but never pick my number. It's looks like I want to send more text on them but I think it's useless. I really don't know how you pick numbers, it is random or what.

I like the old set up much more than the new and the increas In adverts really annoying and when you exit it's still going, and know we have to set up an account being visually impeard it is easyer to just go without the app and just perches a dab radio. Iv already deleted it problem solved.
