Not happy with product received.. poor quality lense and nose pads... replace the order with another product as full return option was not getting active.. paid extra amount as well.. expecting atleast this time it would be good if not the best, else will ask for full refund by applying by full efforts . Also your selling technique and respond is not professional..

So it is good. Very easy to navigate and choose products. Not a fan of standalone apps. But some great offers brought me here and I am glad..the product is good too.. happy with the purchase.

Very good product with classic look. Glasses delivered in 2days.Need to improve on app version.lots of features are unavailable. But you rely on the product with less price than Lenskart. Blue thin glass quality is good.

The User Interface is very bad, and most of the options don't work at all, like when I am going enter my address, there is no option to add it, just a option to open drop box, then it shows nothing.

App sucks big time I have ordered a glass and they told that I cud enter the power later but they never called or I was not given an option to enter my power . Now I am clueless about how I will be able to cancel the order or contact em coz no one is actually picking up the call. Poor poor experience

Everything good except one thing. When I scroll and select one product for detailed view and go back, I forced to scroll from starting. That's a bad UX. Also I suggest to add a review system so that it helps the other users and also the company.

Amazing Service. They replaced the eyeware when I was not comfortable with the prescription and quality of the lense cut. All this without any extra cost. Customer service is also great. They get the work done. If they say something, they mean it. Unlike the worst Lenskart.
