I think the entire booking system is utterly corrupt. Rates changing from high to low every second or hour. The A.I monitors how many people are viewing a listing and then increases the price the more people look.

Recently the app is unable to show the existing reservations details, with error message of "Sorry, your stay details are temporarily unavailable". This has been going on for several weeks.

Works well but after switching away from app and returning, context is often lost and a reservation search and booking will need to be restarted.

The update won't let me sign in. I have to use the internet browser to gain access to my account to even book a room. The app seems pointless now.

wish the info for the locations were updated before we made reservations in not than a couple times... but I do REALLY enjoy IHG most of the time... prices at some locations get a bit outta hand at times...
