Infelizmente o app deslogou minha conta e agora, quando coloco meu número de celular para refazer o login, aparece a mensagem que o celular não está cadastrado. Perdi todos os meus pontos que eu havia acumulado durante muito tempo e não consegui resgatar nada! Lamentável e frustrante!

Não consigo editar meus dados* no app. Sempre aparece a mensagem de erro. Não há opção no app de reportar erro. Já enviei e-mail (o que consta no site) e não recebi nenhum feedback quanto a isso. Até no próprio posto de gasolina já tentei, e os funcionários não sabem como corrigir o erro. * cadastram meu número de celular no CPF de outra pessoa, e por isso tive que vincular um celular de parente ao meu CPF. Detalhe que o acesso ao app é EXCLUSIVAMENTE por número de celular.

Boa tarde! Não consigo usar o aplicativo. Depois que coloco o código enviado para o celular, aparece o mapa escrito "Bem Vindo" e a opção de Logout. O que devo fazer pra sair desta tela e prosseguir para usar o app?
