Worst experience ever. This is the second time i received damaged items. The Product which i received this time is Tripod wich is damaged and worst quality. When I contacted the Customer service they are asking the unboxing video. No e-commerce will ask for the unboxing video for high value items like tv's. It is very bad. Utterly disappointed. I am going to un installing the app and I will suggest not to buy any items from this app.

Worst app ever. I have ordered a few things which included a foot massager also and I got that without the machine and when I am trying to communicate with them they are even not responding properly and keep asking me how I got their number. It insist me to think that's a fraud app never order from this app otherwise you will lose your money like me.

Very poor quality product. Not happy with the products I recieved. I recently ordered toughen from 99 mart and it have scratches. How disappointing it is and the customised wallet is also with little bit scratches and it has hole in between. How can i gift such worst product and the product which is in such bad condition.

I don't recommend this site tempered are flexible hard limitation not glass tempered. Covers are very very hard even transparent cover is so hard . Get a nice cover from Amazon instead. And if you think why they have such great ratings because they ship the order . And keep on asking for review before delivery.

To be honest I didn't really expect a good quality product when I ordered it. Just thought it was a bit cheap so let's take a chance. But I'm so glad I did. I bought a bunch of stuff like phone cases, earphone case covers, masks, keychains, purses, etc. And they all turned out to be good ones. Totally worth every penny. I am going to order again today

I received wrong order and there is no way to contact or reach them for my problem. You cannot just contact or do anything if you received wrong order. They have no concern regarding customer care services and deal with such problems. I raised ticket several times but it just responded that we will call you but I received no such calls. I mailed then there also no update I even messaged them on Instagram there also no reply what else can one do to contact them.

I had to degrade the ratings because of their service. It's been more than a few days and yet they didn't even shipped my order and now it's saying the location isn't available for shipping?! They took the money and I can't even cancel my order ! What a harrasment! You should put a button for order cancellations also ! I hate to see the workers Asking to give 5 star rating when they don't even do their work properly! Never going to buy again from you !
