Really great unique products but website doesn't have a way to narrow searches; alot of time spent. Had error codes 2X when i went to pay which meant i could have ended up ordering 2X if i hadn't checked my email!! Had to re-apply discount code despite it being added with items in the basket, i took a screenshot b4 i started so i could still apply it after reading reviews. Awaiting order; each item is dispatched by a different seller so not sure how that will affect delivery times or quality.

I wish this app was aimed more at the sellers rather than the customers. I wish I could easily upload my designs from my phone, but its 1000% easier on my laptop with the current interface. This app is fine for shoppers, but it should be focused on the people who create the content that's making the profit in the first place. I can't even see my portfolio or sales from the app right now, basically making it useless to me.

This is okay if you want to browse for random art on products. Useless if you find something you like and wish to see more like it from the artist, as you can't view artist pages or storefronts. Even worse if you only wish to use the app as a seller, because you cannot change any account settings, let alone begin editing your store or items for sale. Also no functionality for sellers and stores you may follow or any community functions such as comments, mail, groups... but you can

Said I would get 20% off if I downloaded this liar's app. Didn't get anything except a prompt for which expensive shipping option I wanted. I have scrolled through the other 1 star reviews and many other are having the same issue and all this company can say is that it only works if it's the user's first time downloading and something needs to be put in the cart. I fulfilled these prerequisites and still didn't get any discount.

While I did enjoy the wide selection of designs, the product took way too long to get shipped. Not unless you are willing to pay 20 extra dollars for express mail, it takes quite some time to deliver. And the customer service is awful, follows their SOP to the book. Will be trying other apps in the future.

I'm giving 4 stars because I've never had an issue until today. But it will not let me search anything. If I click on say, phone cases(or any other item), it'll say there is nothing available(even when I just click on the general tab and don't use the searchbar) nor will it show any of my favorites. The only items I have access to are on the home page. Please fix!

Redbubble as a company is great but app doesn't work. I can't use it at all. It says there's an error and to try in a few minutes. I've given it days and it still isn't working. Even tried reinstalling. The website seems to be active so it's the app itself that's not working (at least in my galaxy s21+). I don't seem to be the only one having this problem.

I use the redbubble website, and it's amazing. I'm a consumer and a creator. So when I went to download the mobile app to see my purchases and get updates on where the things that I've bought are, I thought it would be good. But I can't even log in. I try to log into my account and it just says "Couldn't connect to rechapta, try again later". It's been days, and if still doesnt work. I've tried uninstalling, force stopping, etc. Nothing works.
