Very worst.... I was taken 3 month pro membership plan and 2 months maximum time delivery not available shows.... For last month they don't have delivery agent and always shows pickup only.... They scammed in Pro membership plan... Scammers

What's going on with zaaroz.. I can't able to open the app.. it shows we won't deliver here.. can't able to contact customer support.. fedup..even I started try with new number but same issue... Now the app is good so changed the review

I have been ordering in this app since it is the only app for our area. Begining they responded well but ,Nowadays they are having only self-pick up, then why the hell do u need an app?!! We can go and eat ourself. First know the purpose of an app. Horrible response!!

I am really dissatisfied with their service. They cancelled my order more than 1 hr from i ordered. They should inform the time when I order, if they are not able to deliver. I was waiting for the delivery more than 1 hr after that they cancelled my order. I'm also already paid through online. Kids also was hungry at that time.

Update: After a few months of use. This app is not that bad. Delivery time depends on the restaurants as well. Initial review: Do not use this app if you need something delivered on time. I have ordered quite a number of times from this app. Not once was the food delivered on time. Understaffed and deliveries will take at least a minimum of 2 hours at the earliest. Save yourself from unnecessary frustration.

Good*!! ... In our location we didn't have Zomato ,swiggy..we have only app zaaroz ..it is more useful and fast delivery ..they are delivering at home only not in street .. In this app you have many offers don't miss it !

Worst experience with zaaroz. Using zaaroz from 2020. Now a days they was no proper delivery and not responding to any complaints. They delivered different item than which I ordered. Even though I called them and complained 4 times, they haven’t responding to it.
