A month later after the new app, things got worse. Probably it's just a catalogue now. They give you e-vouchers where you can't use it because you couldn't log in or when u press add to cart, 'cannot find product' error message pops up. What a joke

I made a payment, and it mention payment unsuccessful, this is the first time I try in many years using app payment unsuccessful. The app itself is very user unfriendly, the app jump here and there, button overlapping, words everywhere, many different colors, its so hard to focus what to see.

Please improve your app so that the users will need to only login once unless they log out themselves. It's really inconvenient for the users since we are logged out automatically after being inactive or closing the app. Also, it would be nice if we don't have to have network connection to show our membership barcode, because there are no signals in some uniqlo stores...

Doesn't remember log in info, and therefore lost my latest purchase history. Absolute garbage, you should fire your development team for pushing such garbage when the older version works fine. This "new" version of the app is garbage and absolute dumpster fire. After months of pushing the update and all the bug has not been addressed.

Bad app design. App is very slow and unresponsive, and when you click back after opening a certain product it resets to the top of page, making it a hassle to browse. Please fix this soon to improve user experience.

It used to work but after the app update, I am unable to login, constant error messages every time I attempt to login. Yet it still keeps pushing me notifications which doesn't take me anywhere in the app to display the notification message. It just shows me "Cannot find product" error.

The app response is slow, tends to switch pages before I can even click on a product. UI not quite user-friendly and therefore navigation is quite frustrating. Also, please update if products are unavailable. Thanks.

This latest version is not friendly use at all. The old version when uniqlo just started to use app for on line shipping is more friendly use. The old version - if i would like to buy legging pants on "value buy items" , i can go straight to pants. But new version i need see from top to bottom. The old version will show original price & discounted price but new version show discounted price only. Uniqlo become more & more less transparent & misleading consumers.
