Original app is broken. It said my app version was too low.... but you can't update the app in the play store, their link to upgrade is broken. Apparently this is a completely different app and now I have 2 copies of this app...... I can't login because I get "the phone number isn't registered" even though the app asks for an EMAIL and password.

I've never had a problem with the app but since the last update, it has basically stopped working. It makes me log in everytime and when I do says that all my devices are off-line. Luckily my devices have been working without the app but it sure wld be nice to be able use the app to change feeding schedules etc.

Worked for 2 years then feeder just died. The entire time I really never got the app to work right. It was buggy, connected half the time and overall just super meh. Also I could never get another feeder as they kept replacing products with inferior quality feeders vsy original one. So overall just superwh quality in every way. Replaced with a whisker feeder so let's see if that one holds up better.

The App is ok. It's obvious the language of the programmer isn't English because the grammee is horrible. The words are split and in different rows. They don't have any real options on what you can do to fix the problemThe actual litterbox is horrible! It is an absolute piece of garbage! The one year warranty should have tipped us off that they don't have a quality product. Now we know and now you know.

Edit: they fixed the app a day after I complained. Pretty great. Device works well. Sometimes a little mess sticks to the top when it flips over to clean and my cats won't use it, but I flip it into maintenance mode, grab a wipe and it cleans easily and instantly. You NEED the scent trapper things that go in the well. And the
