This app shows one temp on a live wifi or data connection, another app shows inside temp without wifi, but needs the same for outside temp.

Simply takes the temperature provided by local weather stations, so it's a bit of a misnomer to call it a thermometer. Just use a weather app, which will give you much more information.

Why you name it thermometer, when it is weather app. I was under impressiin that it will use any inbuilt device mechanism for reading temprature of what ever i want, eg.. AC cooling, room temprature and car temprature.

It doesn't give actual temperature. This app just give the weather update of an area. It is not connected to temperature sensor.

this is not a thermometer app. it just uses the internet and displays temperature based on nearby weather stations using your GPS. it doesn't use the phones sensors.

Doesn't show the same temp as my outdoor thermometer it takes its info from a weather app as far as I can see, but a didn't expect any better.
