I installed just because to check on some products whether they have or not. But unfortunately, the app required us to register before we can use the app (filling information etc). So, without wasting my time, I uninstalled the app and check the products on their website.

The estore link at the menu page is not workable. And when go by the e-catalogue link, seems like account not linked but i already logged in by the app, no search button at all. Please fix these issues, thanks

Lousy. Signed in but when I wanted to browse item to purchase online it keeps returning error and stated that user not logged in. So I relogin multiple times but still the same. Page also loads very slow and keeps returning error. Wasted my time :|

Well, at first theres no otp sent. But i later found out u need to on your roaming. Aha what privilege if you cant even spend a lil bit of money right. Thank you! Its so easy to redeem point using the apps

It's TERRIBLE! Requested for OTP and never receive it. Can't even reach the member page. Asked the outlet staff and was advised to earn/redeem points manually. Then what's the point of you having the app? Seems not rectify action from Caring after so many bad reviews.

Bad apps. Never can work. When conplaint, outlet staff will advise need to update the apps. But this doesnt work even using their mobile phone to log in and therefore loyalty point can never be redeemed.

Poor apps. It kept 'loading' non-stop once enter and hence is considered as useless. A problem of months long. Please looj into it

What is the PIN for creating a new account? Such a useless app, you don't give any hint/ help info in the app or option when 1st time register. Don't know where to get the PIN. When user click the Sign up button nothing happens only it ask only PIN. Does it come from SMS etc?. Tunggu sampai Jamal mampos still not come. Also using the Caring estore website always slow like snail. Please take note, thank you.

This is a terrible app. Slow to load, difficult to navigate, can't search for an item in the e-store, no detailed information on purchased online orders and hangs all the time.
