Really good app, love the rewards, and love the deals when it's something I like. 3 small points: - would love a simple way to report issues/missing/incorrect items and receive credit a la Skip - locations near me often don't accept the order even though they do make the order. Hard to know what the status is. - the thing that would get me spending more money, and my biggest wish, is if the deals updated more often. I think the current MB App Offer as I type this is almost 3 months old.

#Edit now I can not deliver to my address. - Delivery auto-selects restaurants further away. There's a restaurant 2.2k away, but the app selects the restaurant 6.6k away resulting in cold food. Make it so we can select the restaurant for Delivery. - Delivery is placed through Skip, but this app charged me 4x more than what skip does. - Once I click "Cart" I cannot go back. I have to close and re-open the app.

I downloaded the app at least a year or two ago and no real issues. Since last week I've tried to login and nothing works. I've reset my password twice and reinstalled the app a second time. Still won't let me login. I have close to 500 points and don't want to lose them, but now I won't be able to accrue more points, and still can't use the app.

We love Mary Brown's and order often. But most of the time I can not use the app. With the minimum of most things is a multiple of 3. When it is just 2 of us. It doesnt work. Maybe put a munimum dollar value instead of a quantity. And when I try to use the points most times the items are not available. But when in store they are. Maybe make it so the points can be used for walk ins too. I have so many points and can't use them. A little frustrating. Still needs a little work.

Pretty standard food app. Not bad, not exceptional. It's mostly intuitive and doesn't lag (more than can be said about other food apps), you get reward points, and it's a convenient way to order. If you can get use out of it, you will.

App has been frustrating to use with any promo for months. Usually sending you in an redundant loop of their website to the app back to the website again. I've just ordered from somewhere else multiple times because tbh the food is usually (not always) sub par at best. Then they added the free big Mary event, which just crashed the app all together. Considering the price of the food and complete lack of coupons/promos that don't work you'd expect them to make enough money to have a usable app.

Google Maps shows me in the parking lot, but this app thinks the closest location is a few provinces over. Trying to oder is frustrating, lots of changing pages to select forced choices with no options. My favorite is drink deposit. After all the effort of entering order it failed to send the order.

The App is mid at best. You can't really do much with the app. Often times if you click on an option, it doesn't work. And the menu options are so limited, compared to the ones on Doordash or even skip. You'd think the official app would have more similar menu option to in-store, then other third-party food delivery apps.
