The new update is horrible now every time when disconnected i have to restart my phone to reconnected again and pre trip and post trips asking for unit number. really? This is connected to the unit number. Wasting a lot of time

This is the 2nd time in a 24 year CDL career and I still don't like using it. This is a small company with only one truck. I'm strongly recommending to switch to a different ELD company. This thing has to be constantly monitored as it likes to put me on duty for just plugging my tablet in when I'm off duty. Right now I'm middle of my 34 hr reset and it's messed that up. You have no 24 hr helpline. No weekend helpline...so now Monday morning I'll have call in and straighten out something. WORST.

Sucks after the upgrade, and puts wrong location with gps so I can't even change it. It's going to get me a ticket if an officer checks my graph thoroughly. On top of that it only connects to the device when it wants to.

worst- trashiest app I've ever used!! between crashing 5-6 times and the 10 min it takes to log on, by this time I'm beyond furious! I'm embarrassed my company spent money and forces me to use this junk! Jj Keller you should find your developers of this app and drop kick them in the junk for all us, please

Absolutely horrible,, I have been trying to update it for 3 days,,data and wifi,, no update recieved,, crashes, disconnecting ,, I would prefer using Paper logs again

Can't easily switch phone between trucks. Difficult to log onto. Disconnects from phone often. Forced to log in multiple times per day.

Bad!!! Every time there's a problem, it consists of them deleting the day and me manually putting it back in. Also them telling me they're working on it, this has been going on for almost two years. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE???

You cant edit your logs after you drive which is terrible. Sometimes after you log out it keeps you logged in on duty. Everyone is too busy to help fix log need to do it ourselves. Paper log was way better. JJ Keller to your response thanks for stating the obvious

It's pretty straightforward. It's like all other though. It will crash from time to time. But its easily started back up, without losing time or location.
