After entering my personal details & phone number, I clicked on Next, which asked me to verify my phone number. However, I couldn't go past the OTP page! First error message said "This number had already been used." I tried to key in the OTP again, it said "Your number has been verified." I clicked on "Got it" and it brought me back to the OTP page!! It happened several times, like playing catch the mouse. Not using this app ever!

Realised most of the restaurants removed their menu from users like me. This is bad as we cannot assess if we wanna visit the restaurant. The sample menu listed usually listed the cheapest items on the menu and this is deceptive. Please bring back the full menus before users start defecting.

The takeaway service isn't as convenient as the reservation. Even though I paid through the app, the restaurant wasn't aware of this and asked us to pay again. There was no active helpline/representative to mediate in the evening. Good for reservations, takeaway needs a lot of work.

App does not allow users to leave reviews on restaurants. So i really wonder where the in app reviews comes from. Went to a few 4 starred restaurants and the service, food, ambiance was definately not worth the 4 stars. Also, all the so called promo code to redeem vouchers are a scam. I have never once received a single voucher as promised.

This was a really good app. I had the best time using it but I have been facing problems since a past couple of months and even the discounts aren't that great now. Plus, there is less choice of restraunts unlike before. Hoping that it gets back in the game again!

Very helpful in choosing what and where to eat, + a huge discount of up to 50%. Its now easy to decide if you want to eat in an expensive restaurant. Just to help improve more, kindly update the promos in a daily basis. Thanks.

app is not user friendly, very complicated to use. Had many different terms and conditions and varying timings for promotions which are a chore to keep track of. Promo codes cannot be used for all but only for selected (unpopular) restaurants with no customers.

Push notification can never be turned off, even after you toggle off in app, it will automatically toggle back on. Either it's a horrible bug, or intentional dark UX. Now I'm forced to to turn off all notification from Eatigo via Android system. What a lose-lose situation.

Good experience with the app, some suggestions: - I want to go somewhere today, regardless of location, so will be nice to have a "list all the restaurants, given this time, number of people" function. - Given the search results, sort it based on amt of discount (50% first, then 40% etc). - When I specify the time I want to reserve a place (say 7 pm), I would like to see the amount of discount at 7 pm first, not discounts for other timings, not those restaurants that are not available at 7 pm.
