Had App free version about 4 yrs. Practical in the simplicity & priority arrangement of immediate relivant info for first attendees, & availability of first aid info & option to Print or send to another. Quite a lot of info can be placed on App. But Copy & save it elsewhere in case phone dies. Will appear on locked screen, but double check. Free version is sufficient in itself. No point having a lock screen if pin is on a bracelet for anyone to access. All round a very good choice of App

The app no longer appears on the lock screen which defeats the purpose of having the medical information available to first responders. Instead, the app displays a small, rather annoying, icon on the edge of the screen while actively using the phone. Unfortunately, the small icon does nothing and the only way to open the app is from the standard icon. Very disappointed.

I like the ability to have my medical information available in case I am disabled. Fortunately I have not had to rely on it yet. OnOne recommendation would be to have a button to push to display the information. Having to push the edit button to display is not intuitive and could slightly delay someone obtaining the needed information.

Good for keeping information easily accessible by those who want to help you, and the use of the widget on the lock screen is certainly better than a notification that might easily be buried in other notifications and therefore too difficult to find. However, the additional buttons (Nearby Hospitals in particular) are hamstrung by whatever security settings are in place. Tapping that button on my phone presents a lock screen where a PIN or fingerprint is required.

Great app! I've thankfully never had to use it in an emergency context but it has been very useful for giving a full list of my conditions and meds to medical staff who require it. They always seem to appreciate having the list clearly in front of them. I wonder though if it would be possible to add a feature that lets you add new meds by scanning the bar code? The app works great without it but it would be handy.

Buggy and spammed 911! First I was just having issues with the app not showing up on the lock screen for my phone. But I got a rude awakening to find out that the app had texted 911 nearly a dozen times without my knowledge! The police showed up at my house and asked if I was OK. Definitely unnerving. I uninstalled the app immediately and recommend others check too!

One thing this developer doesn't seem to understand is the KISS principle. Far too complicated to set up and get to work properly. Needs a proper rethink on KISS principles. Otherwise it is proberly a good app. I would like to see the option for med identities to be in a different text colour to other info so first aiders can concentrate quickly on that. Will uninstall as I cannot get the lock screen widget to show at all in spite of the video demo.

I don't typically review apps but this one is brilliant. I have a seizure disorder and become non-verbal and confused following episodes. Multiple times now I've been able to get EMS to load this app with my information, giving me a way to communicate important information about my condition with them. I would however appreciate if this app could be made more customizable. It would be helpful for me to have a text box before conditions and allergies that I could list my seizure protocol in. Often people start reading all of the preceding info when I just need them to read the instructions. Also, the app can drain the battery faster than it should. This is outweighed by it's benefits (hence 5 stars) but I would appreciate if it could be looked into for a future update.

I also get 6855 when I try to phone the emergency contacts listed in the free version of the app. It used to work, so I don't know what has happened! I'm on a Samsung Android phone, running Android version 10. When I enter the contact names, the app correctly shows them as linked to contacts, and underlines them, but when I try to phone the numbers associated with the contacts,I get 6855. Any suggestions?
