My Share Now experience was the worst. First, I spent an hour at Schiphol Airport searching for a car with no parking space number. Customer service was unhelpful, hanging up twice. Last week, the car broke down in the middle of nowhere. When seeking assistance, customer support was unhelpful and even issued a fine of 50 euro for not driving to the charger place. Avoid Share Now for unreliable cars and terrible customer service.

Intransparent pricing! They charge 1.9€ if you make another reservation even though the first one was only valid for a few seconds! I didn't even use the car and they still charged it. That's just idiotic. Use Sixt Share instead, honestly! they have better cars, are cheaper and App +customer journey is a lot more straightforward.

I can't register my cards, I tried 2 different and both got declined. They are registered for 20+ online services and never had problems with them. Support sent me back to my bank, very useful thanks... Also when I installed the app, it only showed me a few cars and the rest were locked due to "rooted phone" (no it's not rooted). Next day I checked the app again and all cars got unlocked (I didn't change anything) All this shows me that app has some serious problems and support is incompetent.

It seems like Car2Go is cheap & has good cars, but once you start using a car2go you realize that the cars engines are all rubbed out. Now let's discuss the price, when you open up the app the prices look really cheap, 41 cents per minute for a smart car (in Brooklyn), then Car2Go charge you fees every time you rent a car a fee of a dollar, on top of that tax.& a charge of a certain type of tax that I don't even know it exists (VAT).

Good service, but the app kills me. 1. There is no confirm button to reserve, so if you reserve by accident, you cannot reserve again for 2 hours. also, if you reserve a car that's been put into use, it denies your reservation and you cannot reserve for 2 hours. This bug can be fixed by adding a confirm button. 2. It doesn't show the status of your trip i.e. how many km you traveled and how much it will bill you as a result. 3. language is set to English but it shows some messages in German

I'd like to be able to edit my profile data or look into share now rewards. Whenever I hit "edit" in my profile or "Share now reward" on the first screen i get "an error occurred - retry". Hitting retry doesn't do anything. I've installed the app yesterday evening on my pixel 2, android 11. Besides these malfunctions I think the app is fine. Would love to get some help. Thanks in advance!

I booked 2 different cars with filter baby seat, none had a baby seat. I called customer service to be told that it's like playing loto, I only get a baby seat if I'm lucky. not very reliable..

After 15 minutes looking up and down the area for the car which was supposed to be just 5 minutes away, had to waite another 5 minutes for the app to connect with the car. Which at the end didn't happen and after several minutes looking at "connecting" called a taxi and i'm going to delete my account. It is supposed to be fast and uncomplicated which is not.
