CMRL is one of the huge network in Chennai the capital city of Tamil Nadu running across the city and as its next phase is under construction, it should have built a proper application instead this app is a trash. The UI is good but it feels like a half baked food while using it which can only be thrown in trash. I kindly request the authority who's responsible to look into this and do make the app a better one.

App is very useful for Metro Users in Chennai, but app had some bugs like it shows wrong travel time, connecting train route not shown and while select Travel card balance menu app close automatically. Recharge amount not credited to card.

Slow app. Doesnt show card balance and doesnt show recharges done from stations. Not very useful. Option to see all my trips and transactions would be useful

Government estate entry qr code scanner had never worked and the staffs do pretend it's working perfectly fine. It's Shows your complete negligence, if we say we need to file a complaint against this and guide me where to, they will give you special permission entry with their handy electronic stuff.

Information about the metro network is not accurate. Direct Green line trains are available from airport to Chennai Metro. But this app says otherwise. Even the ticket machines display stations that are currently under construction. It's poorly managed. Hard for first time riders to understand.

Great app but somehow menambahkan to central station always shows via green line instead of through blue line. This can confuse tourists & infrequent users of the app/metro. Why has this issue not been found/fixed till date?

App is very slow and qr code ticket booking is very pathetic. Not able to book fast on the go. There is not much upi payment app link. Need more improvement. Many times its get frustrated while booking ticket. I didnt expect from cmrl.

Most of the times app wont open or it will keep on loading. QR code doesn't work at gates or it will take 2 minutes to work at gate, which further makes us to miss train at times. User interface is age old. App must be pretty faster.

Good initiative, however data is not updated. Also, please provide tracking option for feeder service from little mount station to Ramanujan IT city. Make travel card recharge simple. Provide multiple option for payment.
