Worst app, unable to book ticket goes upto the payment page and then the proceed to payment button doesn't work. Useless app I don't know how nobody is correcting this glitch since more than a month.

One of the worst experience I request you please don't use this service I choose the dropping point but driver stopped bus at 8.3km before. No support from costumer service I asked them where is the senior every time they said not available sir worst experience. It's my humble request to you please don't use this service. Don't waste your money in this

We dont get bus driver details but Bus driver called me on the last minute and told that they wont stop at my boarding point and i need to go there with in the time or else they are not responsible. People are so careless about the customers who booked the ticket. If they dont stop at the boarding then why they gave option to select the boarding the point. Pathetic service from this bus service and i suggest my friends and family not to prefer these type of services.

Super slow application, with multiple time payment failures and blocking while making a payment, also it increases fair every time you couldn't make a payment , also the bus service is not that top class still they are charging way higher than sleeper buses.

Worst app ever. I booked ticket from Delhi to Chandigarh for 4 passengers. Around 2k rs has been deducted from my account and no ticket has been issued yet. Then i try to contact with customer care and request for a call again no replies. After that I called on the customer care no. Mentioned in their app i called and there also no one respond.

Too slow The sole purpose of this app is ticket booking and this app failed. When somehow I reached to confirm and payment page it hung. Then pop displayed that this app has blocked me for 5 minutes. Stupid. I was trying to pay. Better you guys leave this app thing and start the old DTC bus ticketing system.

I was trying to book a ticket but the app was not moving to payment option. Hence I recharged the wallet, now my money is stuck as no function is there to use the wallet money. As far as travelling is concerned, it was a swift electric bus but was delayed by 3 hrs for a 5 hr journey.

Horrible Booking Experience The app is super slow and after entering all the details which took almost 5 minutes ( this is even slower than GPRS era) the payment button didn't worked. At last I had to book it through PayTM. Team please delist your app and redirect customer to third party apps like Paytm and redbus because tumse na ho payega
