This app. doesn't work well. The push tabs move up and down, as it prompts ever so slowly, and the app. causes the screen to freeze, and pause out, causing multiple missed orders every schedule blocks. The old version was much better. The up date for this app. has ruined my ratings, and I soon will no longer be able to use it anymore. Shame on them.

I will change my rating if this can get resolved. I signed up to be a driver back in 2021. Waitlisted. Checked in multiple times since then and always told I'm on the wait list. But I've met numerous brand new drivers over the years. Contacted GrubHub today, told my application had expired since it was from 2021 so I went through all the steps again. Now I'm back on the wait list lol i feel like I'm being punked at this point.

Doesn't work for Androids. Pointless. If you don't like drivers who use Android devices, just SAY that! This is the second time I've had my accepted order "unassigned" from what your customer care says "logged off/inactivity" when I have NEVER been logged off or have been right in front of the restaurant I'm picking up from! This has not only messed up my rating as a driver but also my MONEY! If you don't have an iPhone to do your deliveries, don't even bother with this app & they won't help.

When I first started it wasn't too bad. Now I'm getting told to go to restaurants and on my way there they take it from me so I don't get paid. When I hit arrived when I get there, it doesn't always go through so you call and they say keep delivering just to take it from you and re-assign it and they just day keep the food I can't eat 9 times out of 10. (Whether don't like what was order or can't eat it because of what's in it). It's a mess you should probably avoid like I'm about to

I told driver care about it, but don't expect that to resolve the issue. When I mark an order picked up, it doesn't give me the option to mark leaving. It goes straight to the map. It makes you think you can do straight to navigation, but you have to go back into details and mark leaving. This change slows down every order. It would be great if you just removed the leaving step.

This app is very unpredictable. Went from not being able to cash out funds to now not being allowed to add a debit card. Just says it's incorrect everytime. Maybe that's how Grubhub gets free money... Also had to change my password twice. Very weirs... Back to Uber Eats!

It was great until they screwed the whole app up by not letting you log in and be available anytime. Now it says there are too many drivers on the road. I use this app to work when I can because I have a disabled child and I never know when i'm going to be able to work and when I can't. But thanks to them screwing around with the appnI can not log in any time.I want anymore so now I'm out of a job.Thanks a lot grub hub! What a joke!

Map doesn't show pickups and dropoffs most of the time. It defaults to being zoomed out to your region of the country. On top of that I get a lot of offers that I do not receive any notification or alert on my app, so I don't even get to see a lot of offers. It's at the point where I believe either Grubhub is actively trying to harm driver rates or they were extremely reluctant to even make an Android app.

This used to be the best app and job hands down, I'd recommend Grubhub to anyone- Not Anymore. The app is unstable, it doesn't send the notification sounds anymore, you will receive demerits for "ghost orders" active in the app? it will update and say you aren't taking orders, and they've taken your scheduled block away. with my driver "care" experience and reading the other reviews, this seems intentional to get away from the Grubhub contribution. Unreliable. Spark and Doordash would never.
