App don t work. Worst website I have to use. waste of money as you need to pay for jobs and often people just make research about prices .... hard to contact to office as there is no information about numbers on website . If you don't use money this month they gone in next month ... you can't cancel purchase job if costumer is not interested anymore ....

What a bad Website and app. There is no one to talk in support. I mailed them several times but nobody contacted with me. They have written my e-mail address wrong in the beginning, I couldn't open my account 4 days, and now I want to close my account but no body contacted with me.

This app is fake, don't pay any money. I paid £42 to joing membership to look for work and I didn't yet any trading work. I did contact them to request refund but I never received any reply. So now I contacted my bank and received my money back.

Very expensive leads that go nowhere. Customers seem to think that they can use this app to get quotes, then bugger off and get another tradesman in to do the work. If I had know this before I joined Rated People I wouldn't have wasted my hard earned money on joining this company or on its overpriced deadend leads. Refund on leads bought that lead nowhere is an absolute joke. I can't wait to get away from this company and suggest anyone else thinking of joining to steer clear at all costs.

This is a scummy app. I was told that I will be charged for one month but I was charged for more than a month. I cancelled the payments then I am referred to debt collector. There's no real jobs in the app. It's just a scum.

No sense to fees payable for leads, most small jobs way overpriced by % comparable. Not easy to escape once you sign up, seem to think you signed a permanent rolling contract. No contact except to up-sell more expensive add ons. Do a radio add you'll be cheaper in the long run and get much more work.

The company tries ancient tie in rolling contract then when you complain say they do not need your permission to renew an annual contract. They also have a culture of overcharging for recent year's they use to be much better but these days avoid they are thieves. I am a registered tradesman trying to leave them.
