Since I've used quantum, the pinned sites on the home tab have never had proper icons to show which website they represent (it appears when first saved but disappears later), which I've realised pretty much renders them useless. They only have a coloured square with the first letter of the site. Why??? Original review: Getting better all the time!! Thank goodness for the option to stop the toolbar from hiding!

Not a fan of the Pocket stuff on the homepage now, but at least it looks nice and (more importantly) can be disabled. Likewise, the "Inactive Tabs" feature is a decent way to keep focus, but a fully featured "tab grouping" feature where the user can create their own groups would be better. I know Nightly is trying to automate this process, but it's not particularly intuitive. Still, the base browser is still decent, and if I ever need to disable "Inactiy Tabs" I can do so easily.

Haven't used it for anything advanced yet, but for a casual user, it easily surpasses chrome on every level: it hasn't had any bugs or glitches in my experience, it is built to respect your rights where chrome isn't, and it doesn't come with any weird crypto/NFT stuff like Opera does. Overall, if you use Firefox, you will get an equal, if not superior, experience than with anything else, and you will be supporting the ideal of what a browser could be. In this regard I consider it to be flawless.

Webpages are cached and are usually reloaded from that cache when the app is restarted, which can be slow and can show outdated information. Otherwise, I find the browser pretty snappy. In terms of features, I enjoy the new tablet mode interface! Pull down to refresh still hasn't been implimented, however. There is currently an allowlist of extensions, and the allowlist hasn't changed for a while. I enjoy using this browser for the most part.

It can easily become the best mobile browser ever. However, sending of tabs to other devices did not work for me at all, and saving collections did not work on one of my devices. The biggest disappointment is the inability to collapse or navigate folders when saving bookmarks. I have many folders with bookmarks and the flat view is just totally unusable.

After the last update, I'm just disappointed. Firefox is completely watered down. Most of the settings are missing, almost all of the "about:" pages are missing, about:addons is just a static list of your addons with no way to access their settings, half or more of the options in the main menu are missing. I'm really hoping there's just something wrong with my install, and that this isn't systemic.

Love the collections, bottom navigation, and the ways tabs were laid out on above the collections. Minimal, informative, but not intrusive. However, this new feature with the new tabs on a separate window of blank white boxes on the left is abysmal. It's clunky, not attractive, and nowhere near as intuitive. It just feels messy. I'd love to just go back to the (still new) minimal tabs above the collections. At least provide an option on what style you want.

I like the new look but it's completely broken the sharing feature. With the old version when you were in another app you could hit Firefox in the sharing and you had 3 basic options: open, bookmark, send to one of the other browsers in your sync list. Now you have to open it in the local browser, then share. Even from there there sharing is more clicks to send it! What was a 2 click option to send it to my desktop it now too many! Seriously grumpy!!

You completely messed up the layout, it is much more difficult to navigate and there are no longer recently visited websites that I can click on. The list of tabs is unreadable, icons are missing and it just sucks. Very frustrating UX update. The worst part - there is no setting to customize the layout. I am uninstalling this and going back to the old version.
