I payed the money for 1 month. Reserved a time slot, and now it is 3 hours past the scheduled time without a car and NOT A SINGLE CALL OR CONTACT ATTEMPT from their end. Contacted the customer service and told me (we will contact the dealer). At this point I just want my money back. But guess what?! I will have to wait for 4-7 days to get my refund since that's policy.

No security deposit but there's one time booking fees plus the rent fees. They says no hidden fees ok but once you return the car in a perfect condition they gonna charge you damage fees without reason. That's what happened to me.

I requested a car as I was having a busy week, the car that was received has different colour, different mileage and not as described on the app. Speaking to the dealer, he said this is what we have, "take it or leave it." Two months after returning the car I was slapped with various charges for excess mileage and SALIK. TWO MONTHS AFTER RETURNING THE CAR. It's not only misleading, it's also unprofessional. I do not recommend using them.

Terrible app. They find ways to steal your money legally. Not recommended. I have hired a car from them for more than 5 months then they returned some 200 AED back in my wallet since I ended the contract of the final month prematurely as I was leaving the country. I told them I want a refund of that money since i am not coming back but they replied back: "what goes in the wallet, stays in the wallet!" I do not recommend Invygo at all. And that I shouldn't be worried...i had to wait for hours and hours and car was never delivered......i have further details and will share my experience with as many people for sure..
