Just can't get it to run. Asks for master password which is provided and then just closes. Edit - I had to change some permissions (notifications) and now working. Not managed to get it to auto fill yet but working on it.

The app keeps crashing right after I enter the master password. I've tried everything, like reinstalling it, clearing the cache and data, and even restarting my phone, but nothing seems to work.

I have used (and like) Bitdefender Anti-Virus product for a long time, and when I read an email about Bitdefender Password Manager, I decided to give it a try. I bought it (want to use it on two Macs), and after an hour of unsuccessfully trying to get it to work like Bitdefender described, I started a Chat with Tech Support. Long story short, I was informed that it will not currently work on Mac. This is from Chat transcript: "Password Manager is not yet fully compatible with Mac. The fully compatible version of Password Manager for Mac will be released in the first quarter of March". When I told the agent that the 1st quarter of March was over (it was Mar 9), they then said it 'should' be released soon. I did mention that the advertising for Password Manager says right up front it is for MacOS, they apologized, but I still don't understand why Bitdefender would say it works on Mac knowing full well that it isn't working like it should.

Keeps crashing on my Samsung Galaxy S24+ and I can't use the app at all. I expected much more from Bitdefender, to be honest. Probably it's time to switch to another password manager and to stop paying for a service that doesn't work

I deeply regret coming over to Bitdefender. I was a loyal Kaspersky user till Ukraine. Even then I held back. I couldn't any longer so came to Bitdefender. I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH BITDEFENDER AND ITS PASSWORD MANAGER! Not only is it TWO COMPLETELY SEPERATE SUBSCRIPTIONS its slow, clunky, doesnt sync properly. fails to read imported CSV files. Doesnt autofill on MOST APPS. Let alone the manager being stuck in the browser instead of a seperate desktop app. OVERALL ABSOLUTE TRASH.

Having real trouble with this on my Android phone. Simply can't trust whether I'll be able to access my passwords or not. End result is that it's more trouble than it's worth. Never had this type of issue with Lastpass.

Doesn't always seem to be active. When logging in to sites previously used and for which username and password had been saved in Bitdefender Password Manager, nothing happens. There is no pop-up prompt to select that site's username and password nor any autofill of those fields.

This is absurd, this app is not willing to work. It keeps crashing whenever I get into the master password. I've tried everything to fix this issue, I've even contacted the help desk. But they said it was a known issue. I don't understand if it's a known issue, why isn't it fixed by now?

It doesn't pick up on app passwords, so I need to add manually. Also, it lists accounts by address, not title, which makes it cumbersome to find by alpha. Popup password at sign in works 50% of the time. Biometrics works well. I really like their AV, but I hope they bring modifications to this PW manager very soon.
