the worst. No customer service. They read and don't get back to you. It's ridiculous that the option unsubscribe is hidden. Scams,because of it the phone is blocked and I missed urgent calls, I will definitely sue them.

It is so difficult to use this application as there is no eng version.. I have heard that it that eng lang will be added so i buyed it but so much time already passed and has not been added yet. Really frustrating.

Worst experience ever. Orange is cool, but Orange Flex is a nightmare. You have to do it all within the app, and the customer support is useless

Very bad internet access. It goes worst day by day. I can't watch any live stream, can't play a game because of high ping. My internet expired. I want to login my account. They should send 6 digits. It's already more than 3 days I send request for 6 digits, they didn't respond.

Very bad due no international calls allowed. Why must I buy region specific packs? It must use either balance on account or bill on next period. I do not know how many minutes I need and my needs do not match specific region. Very bad

I would put 7 stars if that option exist. Nice, clear, flexible, functioning perfectly, great response from the customer support. What else I can say?! I wish all the service apps in the store can be this sufficient. Much of respect guys, great job ⚡
