Can't even create account. Postal code is obligatory but app will not accept any postal code. I tried 1/2/3/4/5 figures different postal codes but none of them accepted so we can't move to next step.

Dispite having used this multiple times with the NHS partnership I've now been signed up as a pay as you go patient. There doesn't seem to be any way to change this back, so I'm assuming it's now just another private healthcare provider - time to delete it I guess

Please do not use this app. This is the start of tearing our rights to GP's away from us. Patients are just a number to Livi, they just allocate the maximum amount of patients to GP's possible to get paid. This is the selling of the NHS. I booked an appointment, waited for 2 days, logged on and waited, for the appointment to be cancelled and rescheduled for another 4 days away. They don't care if a GP is absent and cancells many appointments. This is the future of UK health care. Do not allow it

First experience using the app today and I was very impressed. Questionnaire and photo submission before the appointment meant that the doctor had already had time to consider options and so we were able to discuss this faster and possibly more thoroughly than we actually would have been able to if I'd gone to the doctor in the normal way. Video appointment was friendly and helpful, with prescription emailed as a PDF straight after. Very impressed!

Very pleased to update to 5 stars after my 3rd video call succeeded (I was unable to answer the rearranged video call on previous two attempts) Experience this time was perfect & I would definitely use this App again as my preferred option versus in person appointments. The doctor clearly had all my records & I didn't feel pressured for time. Prescription sent through the App as well. Samsung S8, Android v9.0

App doesn't work on older phones. Had to postpone my appointment until tech support looked into why the app crashed on opening every time and it turns out it's my phone that won't support the app so I couldn't use this service and now have to wait a month for a phone call from the GP (my phone's not even that old.) Two stars instead of one though as everyone I spoke to at Livi were fantastic and very helpful
