Liar, they returned my parcel to the warehouse due to some lie reasons, they said insufficient address, no answer to their calls and no one can receive the parcel but the truth is they didn't deliver my parcel instead they returned it to the warehouse.. Close your company if your delivery man are very lazy to do their jobs.. Stupid reason.

Very poor service. Not recommended at all. 1.All the shipments are late 2.weak customer services. 3.miscodes for the shipments, they deliver them to wrong cities. Comparing to Aramex..... They are POOR

bad service from naqel..my order is arrive at naqel before 3 days but still dont deliver am still waiting .. i get sms the order is out for delivery but when i try to track live there is write ..you can track once your order is out for delivery ....too much waiting .very slow service

There is a very bad delivery system.Two people contact for a one delivery.There is a very frightening system of who to trust and who not to trust and the person delivering does not even reply to the message. third class delivery system.

After the update I can't login to my account because it needs the email address and even i enter it, an error message said contact the admin, I can login on the website without email just the phone number, but I cant see my account info in the website

this is the worst app ever. .. .. very late and useless service.....they says they gonna come after 4 or 5 days for the delivery and after 5 days no response.......7 have to call them again and again......and after calling ,again says 5 days later ......still no delivery... I advise you guys to use fetchr delivery app rather than this worst app

worst delivery service.. since 3days i was informed each day via message that my items was for delivery. but i never receive a call from the courier and by the end of each day they messaged me that my order was back to origin and rescheduled to another day.. what the hell..

the worst courier company in the world with their useless app and also their useless services, my package is with them from 1 and half month they dont answer the call and no delivery, i hope google add 0 star for this kind of bad companies.
