This app won't let me go past the email page. I've entered my work emails so have to see my payslip but it keeps showing me and making me sign up to see available job posts near me

Disappointed. This app is horrible, glitchy and slow. It won't allow me to view my recent pay slip even though it sent me a notification to say it was ready to be viewed. My timesheets have been deleted even though I've already submitted time worked for the week. Everything about the app is slow and quite frustrating. On top of that, I tried to access insta pay and the funds got deducted but the money never hit my nominated bank account. No one's impressed with this app it's absolutely trash.

Sluggish on logging in, I have touch ID as an option why is there face ID recognition as like Apple has !!! , update to reply did you understand that I said I only had touch ID I had to go to profile settings to identify that in swag app, GPS location is now a requirement to clock in & privacy is ignored

Way to much bloatware clogging it up. You can spend 10 minutes refreshing to get the clock-in button. Menu items disappear. Keypad disables as you try to type your pin. The old Work Zone app was far superior to this. We get constant complaints from employees, and I don't like using it either.

It appears there's a bug. The app won't let me log in with existing user details. It defaults to a new user setup. There's no way of bypassing it. Please fix it.

Would be good of the app can project annual leave for their users and also calculate in days in annual leave, only show hours. Have sent this to helpdesk support, but they told me they can't fix it and have closed my ticket

Poor, the app it replaced was more reliable. No support with problems you have with app. Multiple problems, cant log out or in, shifts are deleted on the app even though your boss still wants you to work. Need to uninstall and the reinstall app frequently and turn phone off and on frequetly. Not happy that work zone has been deleted aals this app os not good.

Worst app i have ever used. Unfortunately i have to use this everyday to clock in and out. I use this for one function mainly, clock in/out and it takes 4 min for a simple 4sec job.

I am a job seeker and had to apply for a job through this. Absolutely dreadful interface and not user friendly. I had to jump through hoops to log in on the app to view my job application on which there appears to be no update despite it emailing me to say there was an update. Why can't you just email the status of the application instead of making me jump through hoops. Also please make itore functional on web. It appears the only way of providing feedback is here. Only chatbot links in app.
