Star Health is one of the fraudulent insurance policies. They do not provide any cashless services; instead, they require payment upfront. Subsequently, they promise reimbursement but often pose unreasonable queries. They do not consider our statements and insist on a pre-existing disease certificate. Even if one is not available, they demand it. This company is one of the worst and most fraudulent. I strongly advise against purchasing this policy. I am now preparing to file a petition in court.

I am not able to login and when I am trying to register, it says I am already registered. Also claims are settled blindly after hefty deductions and when the query is raised, no one is able to answer and no call back is also arranged for the same. Now my complaint is with their GRO team and waiting for their reply. Very poor services....working like Government Organization

I don't know why I am still holding this policy & app ? Soon I will switch to another company. Their customer care are least interested in your free cashless annual checkup yearly. They just make u to skip that inspite of reminders
