it seems to crash a lot making it hard to book and cancel sessions I have even been charged for a session I couldn't cancel as I couldn't get into the app. Hoping that it improves very soon as apart from this issue,the everything else is excellent

Utter garbage. Poorly written and presented app. Difficult to navigate and doesn't serve any purpose. Wouldn't trust it as secure or even to make bookings.

Doesn't show the nearby leisure centre. The app is awful. Doesn't even give you the town to choose as nothing comes up. Literally the worst app going don't bother downloading. This could be so much better in every way and money really needs to be spent on making this better and more accessible for people. No one wants to have to scroll online to find stuff these days when an app could just say it all.

I couldn't register when I first downloaded the app. I asked at the centre for help and was told that my membership card hadn't been put on the system for online booking. Once that had been done I easily registered and started booking classes. So far it's been good.

It is a real pain that if I want to book for the whole family that I have to log in as one of us, go through to PayPal, pay, log out of app, then log in as the next person etc. The app doesn't even have the member's name so if I'm booking for one of us I have to check the membership number against our list to see who is signed in. It's very user unfriendly. Also not impressed with the swimming being reduced to 45 minutes in the holidays with the price staying the same.

Leisure centre recently changed to Freedom and changed to this app. Is sufficient and details everything clearly. Certain activities are bookable through the app and there's timetables for everything anyway. Reliable and easy to use. Can call the centre to book other activities in advance.

Not a good app at all. Considering this is an app for a large chain of gyms it is very limited in what it can do and over complicated too. I've seen far better software for much smaller gyms.

Very poor experience. Both wife and I joined and used this app, one on apple and one on android. Cannot log on, told 'not logged on to any accounts' but nowhere to log on. After pin/password reset the app still does not recognise it, classes listed as taking place on the calendar but not listed on the book now list. No way to get help, staff at the centre do not know how to use the app. This app is of little use and I regret joining this organisation.

Good to check class and pool timetables only. It keeps logging me out and telling me my credentials aren't valid when I log back in again. Having to reset my password each time I want to book a session is very frustrating. I've resorted to using the website
