Be aware! Really slow customer support: My cable got stuck on a weekend trip and reported the problem on a Sunday and only got an answer 2 days later. I had to leave my charger cable behind. Monta doesn't feel responsible because they "only provide software for the chargers" and they even claim that I didn't contact them in time. Now I'm stuck with trying to get my charger cable back, paying local hands for troubleshooting and postage. What a disappointment!

Not user friendly. UX needs to be improved. user gets lost some times. current charging status should have a straight forward access or button.

I stayed at a locations which had 3 Monta chargers, so I had to use this app. Can't say for sure whether it was the hardware or apps fault, but I can say the app is pretty poor. Trying to use one charger my cable got locked into the charger, took me ages to free. Next day tried a different charger and my Zoe charging light started flashing red, not a good sign. So drove down the road and used charger in car park which worked fine. I shall avoid Monta in future.

Awful. Took £80 from account but did not charge the car at all. Have contacted support several times but just get a message "we are too busy to get back to you". I would strongly advise using different charging if available. Edit 1: have contacted support again as requested in the reply, will update when I get an answer.

This app is highly unreliable, I can't trust it to charge successfully overnight. Frequently when I get up in the morning it will report that 'charging has failed' with no useful information.
