The app is overall good and has great collection of outfits for people of every ages but one things which makes the app complex is the selection of genre of outfit. I mean everytime we have to go through the same process to select the genre. For example Woman>Genre>Brands & collections. Once westside fixes this it's one of the best shopping apps in outfits i think i have ever used.

An app which has clearly been neglected. Half done options, bugs, Irregular performance spoils the overall user experience. Then again, such potential to get so much more revenue utilizing the already popular brand image and the beautiful collection. Such a waste. Even more surprising considering the fact that it is owned by the Tatas!

The prices were also reasonable. The image of the products were high quality and provides a good representation of what the product look like. Bad app. The orders page shows is very unstable, and freezes with no touch response. Also, items ordered via the App get delivered partially. If the order delivery is screwed up, then have to rely on a not so friendly customer helpdesk. Getting through to customer support is unreliable, and does not give a good experience. Will now think thrice before ordering stuff from the App.
