The latest update has now made it impossible to login. I have tried to reset my password a few times and it returns the following message "An account could not be found for the provided user ID". Which is clearly incorrect.

Don't understand this update in the app. You click on a voucher for the VIP card and now you can't see what's included. The old version wasn't the easiest to read but at least it told you what was included in the voucher deal

not happy with new app which seems to have knocked out all my repeat orders and trying to navigate around it is a nightmare. it is certainly not as user friendly as the previous app.

Useless. Trying to cancel my repeat order. No where on the app can I do it. Advised by Chatbot to open my account and go to manage subscriptions. No such place. Will have to resort to telephone (if I can find a number)

Used to use the app regularly. Easy to use. Quickly find what i was looking for. Now all the app does is link to the website which to be honest isn't good. Not the word i would normally use but keeping the review clean. Lets get the app back. If we wanted to use the website we wouldn't be using the app. Make sense?

Opened an account with pets at home and the 10% new customer discount had already expired the same day I opened the account, wouldn't even give you time to go to the store to use it. Totally pointless, why give an offer that doesn't exist. I am not going to consider using this company as a bad experience as soon as I opened the account. I will carry on using my normal suppler.

New update is so slow and unresponsive. Previous layout was better, easy to access and simple to use. Other than the in store discount, I wont be using this app.

I've recently updated the app but can not use the function that allows you to report your pet as missing. When you try to select the address, based on your location data, it doesn't proceed to the next step. I've given the app all the appropriate permissions and even tried to uninstall and reinstall, log out, and log back in again. No luck! Is this just a bug with the android version?
