Was in a rather big accident in the middle of nowhere. I used the app as we got off numerous times calling other emergency services. Within seconds someone called me, had my location and dispatched necessary emergency vehicles. Was lady on the other side calmed me down and made the whole experience truly amazing. I would truly recommend loading this app on your phone.

Excellent app and I've used a few times. Response is the best every. Just one issue, after the last update, I can't request assistance anymore and location does not show my location. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it worked fine, but after installing the update, it's not working again. Please check your latest update.

I used to be able to request emergency help before it was said by Multichoice without subscribing. I wasn't going to subscribe until I used them at least once and witnessed their effectiveness. Unfortunately after takeover I seem to not be able to do anything until I subscribe so I guess it's time to delete.

Best app for emergency services I've used the app in two occasions (in assisting my neighbours) and I've always been impressed by their excellent service, help gets to my location within minutes and they always make a follow up call to check if emergency services have arrived of which on both occasions they have always arrived in time to help. Would highly recommend people to download this app as anything could happen anytime more specially this festive season

Namola does help, I know they work with the police but I found that during my incident of being kidnapped, namola was effective with everything and i mean Everything. All we need is that small panic button so we don't have to alert these people that we are getting help. Namola is the best. I've been with Namola since 2017. They have been with me through my 1st car accident wen I couldn't get hold of the police to to a accident report, Namola has always been there, thank you for ur good service

very good app. exceptional staff onboard. not only the test that were awesome, but i have accidently pressed the emergency button while explaining to co-workers and staff on site to install app and cant cancel emergency fast enough... whoever the guardian angels are that operate inside the call centres.. you guys are really awesome.

I added Namola to my DSTV account, loaded the app and completed all the required information. However, every time I open the app it requests my cell number, email address and dstv customer number before it opens. If I'm lying on the floor bleeding from a headwound I'm going to be dead before I open the app. Not to mention if I'm having a stroke I probably won't be able to type or remember that info. Looks like I'm going to have to cancel this as a useless app. Emails to support ignored

I have signed up and pay monthly for this app, it never shows the True location and you have to keep refreshing it on a constant basis. When tracking someone it shows a completely diffrent area from where the person actually is. A bit concerning especially when the app is ment for tracking.
