7/10 of my beCar bookings in which the drivers asked me to cancel because of their untruly reasons they explained ie police stops them, broken tyres, having a nother booking, being busy and i need to wait him for 30m ... The truly reason i think is that my area is quite far from the centre and it's not easy for them to get a booking back. Lets imagine, you was leaving the office at 22pm and trying to book a Be car back home but all of 4 drivers asked you to cancel. GrabCar drivers never do that

There is no way to give this app a negative rating, otherwise I would give that. The worst company ever and dishonest too. Customer service chat uses only Vietnamese (no English). If you call them, they have 1900 phone number which means, you pay phone charges plus additional charges that will go to the company. I will delete this app now and encourage others to delete too.

No one cares about you. Can not get driver's infos since it done. Can not make the support hotline and even be charged 30 40k for 5 mins of calling asking for help. Driver can make it as delivery succesfully even not yet. Very difficult to use or reorder or to complain. Terrible app and driver's quality

It tried to charge me 2nd time even though I have done my payment. I tried to contact support 3 times (both chat and hotline) but without even looking for solutions, they all told me to pay for it?! I have been using only be so far, but not anymore.

The worst app ever. I have booked 10 times and none of them got the driver. The location service is the worst. It located me 100 meters away from my spot.

the driver didnt click the button after dropping me and now i cannot book another car! already uninstall/ install back this apps so many times n still nothing changed! there is no button for me to click to show that i already arrived home.. the apps froze then crash!

That is good but language barrier n training of drivers some time they not exact arrive location n show on apps that they arrive n some time they attend to pick up but they never got o pick up n waste a time so need to improve many things
