There are times when my kids location do not sync up correctly. And there is no way to fix it in the app or by the phones. It wont sunc up to real time. I have turned off the watches and my phone and it just doesn't sync up. Its infuriating especially because I rely on these watches to be accurate given the times we live in. The watches work good though and places calls and texts for my children and thats nice but the sync option needs work!

so far I have no issues. I got this for my 9 yr old to go on a field trip and it's been great. There is some major confusion about the "water resistant" feature. I had a hard time getting answers from tmobile. The watch is rated as IP68 which is the same as my fitbit and other water resistant watches. Tmobile says it can only get "sprinkled" on, but that seemed silly for a kids watch. I'm hoping it handles the water park with flying colors.

Update 3/1/24: still isn't working. Still says all items core api failing. Have already reported the issue on the app multiple times. The app isn't working. Keeps saying all items core api failing.

Pairing didnt work, my phone right beside the watch. You cant delete the kids profile to try repairing. Now i have to go back to the store. Very stupid that watch wouldnt pair and app sucks in 2023, basic 101 functions... :(

This app is useless. So painfully slow that it's zero help tracking your kids. I don't understand how Tmobile is OK with an app meant to keep kids safe being so unreliable. I wish I'd gone with another brand of kids watch phone.

App is stuck spinning in circles. Will not pair to watch, but says it's already paired. Won't allow anything to be set up. Deleted and reinstalled, log in and it goes to spinning again. Won't allow the profile to delete or make changes to the app or watch connected. Visited 2 separate TMobile stores and spent two hours on the phone with 3 different tech support staff. Very disappointing that no one can figure out why the app won't work.

A current issue that's happening with this app is that is giving notifications at random times, throughout the day or night that my kid is in somewhere else's house when isn't isn't like that. Live tracking takes long to refresh. The app doesn't load properly on my kids mom's phone. All the problems above are an issue since it doesn't make the app reliable. Hope you guys can get this fixed.

The GPS sometimes won't update and sits in one location. The AP sits on the loading screen and won't progress, then throws an error code.

I can't even get past the consent page of making a profile. This watch is useless since I can't even pair it to the app. PLEASE tell me what to do or fix this so I can set up my child's device. UPDATE: They got back with me about a week later and was able to clear my profile so it would pass the consent page. I had to go to the sync page on tmobile to email them, and we are now good to go! This has been great and I'm very happy with it. :)
