the app works great except when it tells you theres loads available and wont show them to you. I've had to remove and re download a couple time to fix this. if you expect to get your detention when you first submit your invoice... think again they short paid my factoring company saying it wasnt authorized yet when we recieved a new rate con after authorization. when appointment changes need to be made then it can turn into a nightmare. getting better. good company.

Rates use to be okay but now they are very cheap. The loads are heavy and sometimes when I book a load they will take it off you at the last minute while you are in route to the shipper and tell you its been rescheduled for another day and you ask them what day it's been rescheduled they will tell you it's already booked by another carrier. We as owner operators work to hard to be getting run arounds and heavy cheap loads that we should be getting paid more for. Anyway God knows and see's all.

So far so good. Comes in handy as a third source for loads. I like the fact that we do not have to factor loads because UBER pays twice per week. Customer service can be challenging due to language barrier. Overall it has worked for us.

Been trying to install app for a month. Finally got someone to send me carrier packet, got signed up, now the load board won't load. Something went wrong we can't reach our servers. Called support, they say it's my internet connection. The only thing I can't connect to is the uber load board.

Every couple of months, I get error messages with the app...I uninstall, reinstall, and try again, but I keep getting errors...This is holding me a from booking freight. Waste of time.

I LOVE Uber Freight! They have TONS of great paying loads, free quick pay twice a week if using the app, immediate approval for detention (zero haggling), prepaid lumper fees, etc. I use other broker boards too but honestly for all the headache relief & steam lined efficiency of using Uber Freights load board app, I'd much rather book with Uber. I use Uber Freight app more than any other load board now. Super easy & user friendly. They just keep getting better with more benefits to truckers.

I don't like how the price of the loads that are posted "let's say on Monday and by Wed the price for that exact same load went down" it shouldn't go down it should go up to stay competitive with other top rank load boards. And I don't like how if time is permitted the app won't let you book more than one load to deliver on the same day for example if one load delivers early in the morning and the second load delivers that night hours later and the distance between the two loads are nearby

App is user friendly but not too many options to negotiate. I've done same load that is posted for different rate but I can't ask anyone if they'll do it for that same rate. Just have to keep watching rate go up and down until someone takes it

Out of nowhere the application just stopped working. I have not been able to get application running again. I keep getting a message that says: "cannot reach our servers". Uber fix this issue please thank you
