It okay, Mutual needs alot of polishing. There a number of bugs that can make the experience frustrating. Often times it will kick you out your account. This it had seem to delete it, with out warning, or reason. Which I am not happy about. I want enjoy using this app to network with people of the same faith as me, but in its current state it is often very frustrating to use at times. If the bugs and issue are address then I will rate higher.

This app is terrible at loading and only works on a strong connection, it also takes up an incredible amount of space and memory. As an app it is terrible.

App is alright, but it is frustrating because it is so expensive to upgrade to premium. It seems like it works against you if you don't pay, like you can't see who likes your profile, so you can't match with them immediately. I'm not saying it should be completely free. I know people need to make money but if you pay month by month (which is $25 a month if you do so), it is VERY costly. Seems more like the app is a cash grab and the developers are limiting options for free users

It was decent until this most recent update. Even after deleting everything, uninstalling and reinstalling, I can't get anything to load. Trying to log in just keeps me in a never ending loading screen. The very rare chance it does log me in it still has a continuous load screen for matches and messages. It's also decided to log me out when I close the app meaning no notifications about matches and messages from current matches.

This app is a wonderful idea in concept and really great for connecting members of the church across great distances, especially someone like me who lives outside of Utah but still within North America. That being said, the app is quite buggy and crashed often for me. I did find that in order to find who I was looking for, I did need to spend money on the subscription. I'd say it was worth it though since it helped me find and meet my current boyfriend.

I had the Mutual app several months ago. I uninstalled it. Because I found my Eternal Companion. She is my perfect match and we are deeply in love. Nuptials are pending. The app is not without its problems, however. It took me awhile to figure out the chat module was dropping texts at random. I had to keep exiting and coming back to refresh. The search function could have more options, as others have stated. I just wanted folks to know that, at least in our case, it is possible. Hang in there!

I like how this app motivates people to message each other and doesn't use pay walls for such things, which is why I subscribed. The premium features are actually well worth it, and I like the option to turn off my account when I finally find someone I like. I don't like how the photos are forced into a certain aspect ratio, so I can't get some of my good photos to fit properly. Also, maybe add in super likes later.

I signed up for premium features for 1 week months ago. I was just reviewing my bank account and realized that mutual has been charging me for premium features on a weekly basis for months now. I tried to cancel the premium features, but there isn't a way to do so on the app. I'm extremely annoyed and would like a refund for all of the payments I didn't agree to make. I hope this was just an accident, but I will still be warning my friends to stay away from premium features.

Disappointing. The two matches I got was a bot and a person looking for a hookup. Any features that would make meeting someone easier is on a pay only basis and it is WAY over priced. I can't even look at the profiles of people who liked me. I'd have to pay money for that. This feels more like a capitalists venture baiting on Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
