This app has been greatly improved since it first came out! I've used it to book appointments for myself and my family, and have also used it for a video telehealth appointment without any issues. Would only suggest that a virtual waitroom would be helpful to know how delayed your doctor may be for a telehealth appt. Otherwise it has been great so far.

Hi, the app needs to allow landline numbers to be used, and not demand a mobile phone number. Many of us in the country are unable to use it to make phone and/or telehealth appointments. This is because in many Australian regional areas there is still no mobile phone reception. This is a major problem, since it is those of us in such regional areas who depend most on phone/telehealth appointments since it is difficult for us to visit a doctor in person. Please fix this ASAP! Thanks!!!!

Booking a GP appointment over the phone is sometime very frustrating as the recording starts for various menu option or you are put on hold for long. HealthEngine is a very useful application. I am using it for 2 years now and I recommend that everyone should have it on their device. It provides a very quick and easy few clicks to find your GP and/or the practice to find and book your appointment where you can select from available times. It also link you booked appointment with reminder.

The app is easy to use and generally very useful. The addition of being able to add the scheduled appointment to Google Calendar has proven useful. Also fixed the DOB entry method. It is much easier. If I get a recall that says "select Results in the appointment type" but there is no "Results" type so I have to pick "General appointment". Also when checking a recall notice online you have to verify your date of birth with a calendar.

This app is a helpful guide when in need of medical attention. While giving you the ability to choose your own Physicians, you're also given a rundown of your chosen physician's available times to be able to make an appointment which suits both yours and their availability. I love the convenience of the app, I absolutely hate talking on the phone (I'm a bit of an introvert) so this works well for me. I also love the fact that appointments you make can be downloaded onto your phone's calender, and you'll receive email reminders too after booking. Only down side is that with GP appointments you can't book long appointments, like for papsmears or a full skin/mole check. I would recommend it for everyone I know
