You get charged reoccuring payments even though you don't check the box requesting reoccuring payments don't go to the site and say rip off they don't even have a contact phone number to cancel any subscriptions or fix any Financial issues I've had to cancel my bank account and now I won't get reimbursed for charges that I didn't even use I don't even use hot or not anymore

In top of being a dead app with lots of bots , it's also a rip off! I wanted to view subscription options, so I touched the screen to scroll down and charged me 144 dollars for lifetime ! I attempted to cancel that so I deleted the app and my account and try to get a refund and I couldn't So I at least I wanted to use the money I put into it , created the same account with same number, they won't give me back my subscription! No reply from support ! Don't install this ripoff app

I'll start by saying that this app just tries way to hard to compete with Tinder. I know it is all personal preference but the women on this app are seriously eye sores and with the title of "Hot or Not" 99% of the females fall into "Not"... Also as others have stated it is basically a pay-to-date. I used the free version and my popularity was Very Low but as soon as I paid for a "Boost" my popularity skyrocketed to Very High... If I could rate this as a negative number I would. STAY AWAY!

It's almost great, but the auto-filters ruins it. I'm interested in finding ladies who want children, but doesn't have any yet, straight, doesn't smoke, etc. Tap to save, and then says "we've changed the filters to show you more potential matches," and now automatically throwing lesbians who has kids and smokes a lot, blah blah blah... Quickly annoying. I'm using the filter for a reason, to find the people I'm interested in, not just anyone...

I think the app is fine, I use it often. But in the last day I'm not sure why but no matter what I do I my app is not working. I noticed that my messages weren't updating and I was offline even tho I had WiFi connection. I decided to just uninstall the app and download it again and now when I open it, it won't get past the main load screen so I'm not sure what to do. Does this app not work anymore? Until this app gets fixed I'm leaving it uninstalled.

A pay to play, dating app. I liked 100-150 Profiles, had one conversation, which the girl started and dropped, be because starting a conversation with someone new costs 150 credits. Watching a 1 minute video gets you 10 credits and seems limited as to how often you can do it. This is basically Tinder meets the worse aspects of a casual, mobile game...pay to play.

I like it. The format. It's easy to navigate and figure out how to go about using it. However, it's a lot to set up and there's an issue I've been having. My accounts keep getting deleted because I violated a rule or something. But I've done nothing wrong. It's very frustrating and I don't know how to fix it other than make a new account and give out my social media before that one is eventually taken down. It's a pain in the ass. Fix it.

Pretty lame and full bots. Also, you can only see who liked or favorited you with membership which I totally get BUT you should be able to delete those without membership. I've received 3 favorites and paid to see who they were and EVERY one was from very far away and EVERY time I delete them from my list and cancel membership, I'll get another favorite which will sit in my list until I pay again. Has to be a scam from Hot or Not but small enough for noone to notice. Sad really. Needs to be a way to delete likes or favs without membership or matches

I got the membership which was €9.99. When I purchased the membership they put the auto renewal on even tho I only wanted 1 months only and didnt notified me and kept charging me. By the time realise when happened, they had taken €79.92. I messaged them multiple time but they didn't even bother responding at all. I am not happy with what they have done.
