This is most worst property app I have evar seen ,they called me to verify my property by my self. I have verified my property for 2 times but now also there is no lead of any costom,I have uploaded my property at 5 days ago,and I have not even have a single call from this app ,I have uploaded same thing on OLX I have attended more than 15+ call. This is most disappointed app I have ever seen. My time is full waste on this app . Please my humble request to you is please do not waste your time...

I had taken Assist Plus Plan of 99acres in January'24 for giving my house on rent. The advantage of taking this plan was that I was assigned a Relationship Manager. Though I had to pay some extra amount for this but in one way I found it quite helpful since I was getting the leads after screening by the Relationship Manager. This avoided getting fraud calls. I found my Relationship Manager quite good in her approach and really very helpful to me in finding a suitable Tenant within 30-40 days.

Excellent and very useful app.Now everybody is using smartphones, in a year or two no individual will give Real-estate ads in newspapers. Really very very smart and useful app.

One of the worst property listing firm, too poor customer sevice. Just fleecing money with their premium plans. The assited service is just a way to fetch money from you for doing nothing. The relationship manager most of the time doesn't respond. No coordination between sales team and operations team.

Before posting your add their representative will assure you a lot but ultimately they will fail to give you genuine customer. I appointed there staff to sell my property fast but they could not give a single genuine customer. 2nd time also insisted me to give discount but hardly one contact they have shared with me that too also False contact. I think they have their own chain of contact list and they will share one by one with you but ultimately no one will be suitable for you. So be careful.

Thanks team for fixing my issue. Earlier App stopped working outside India. Getting error Network problem. Tried also with VPN.. Also not opening on Laptop. Getting an error 412 precondition Failed.
