I like the app, it's very helpful. However, it doesn't work well with password managers (can't auto fill password), and clicking to sort results doesn't display options, and blocks all the other UI from working unless I click back.

Terrible syncing with Fitbit. Very hard to get it to sync! Reboot doesn't help. Latest Updates require higher OS than allowed on my old iPad, not buying a new iPad just for this poorly designed app! I don't recommend this app, promises of improvements dosen't matter when I can't get it to update because it's now incompatible!

When trying to establish a new PCP through the app, information was outdated or off in some way. Info was outdated where either the doctor wasn't actually taking on new patients when app listed that they were, or they weren't actually at the location and number listed. Was annoyingly tedious to have to reapply the same search filters if you viewed a doctor profile w/outdated info cuz I had to go back to the search to explore other options.

App doesn't give me credit for all my steps & I miss out on a lot of points. As matter of fact, it doesn't count properly most of the time. At 11:00 PM I had 5,000+ steps for the next day & hadn't recieved all my points for the 10,000 that I done the current day. What's the deal with that?!! I've done some of the surveys that are supposed to give you points for doing them & have recieved none. This app is very frustrating & is becomming a downer as apposed to a positive push to be healthier.

It's OK. Just wish my job didn't make it were your points are useless. Example: the biggest points we earn are at the end of the year. Our spending limit starts over in January. After the first year, you can't really get anything but sweepstakes which you NEVER win. Shoulda set it up where it reset in August or September. Waste of time.

Awful customer service. When I redeemed my points for Amazon cards I was sent Hulu confirmation email. I immediately contacted support team (within 30 minutes of redeeming) to point out the error. They refused to help saying there were no refunds. All I was asking was to be sent cards I requested via this app. Avoid app if you can.

Worst experience. Got error on order to find out that it actually was completed without any confirmation at the moment. No cancel option in the app. Only way to get assistance is by phone and they still need to contact external vendor more than 6 days with no update and charged to my account. I contacted support next day as soon as they were open.

Better name for this app is GASLIGHT. I guess the app is okay, but customer service sucks. I contacted them about not being able to redeem rewards points, points that I am actively accruing, then they say I'm not eligible when the rest of the company is. I'm the only one ineligible. Won't help at all. Tell me I'm wrong.

Frequently have problems signing in. I get a message saying there's a problem with thr server, but if I use a browser, it works fine. The only way I've been able to [temporarily] fix it is to uninstall and reinstall. This is getting tiresome.
