Great app, very easy to use and my friend was thrilled with her cameo! Only issue I found is that payment is in all carried out in USD, although this isn't specified. Would be good if there was an option to see how much you're being charged in home currency BEFORE finalising the order.

BAD! I had to uninstall after having it for 60 seconds. I attempted to create an account and it continued to crash repeatedly. Then finally my phone notified me this app "has a bug and I should clear the cache before attempting to restart it". Yea, no thanks, I'm good, the reviews are correct and this app isn't worth it.

Cameo is an amazing app! I had a Cameo done of Alex Clark for my friend and he went above & beyond! My friend was thrilled with the result. I received the video in a very timely manner so that made me happy. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to share directly to Instagram but it's not that big of a deal. I was okay with sharing via text message.

Signed up through Facebook was sent a message to download the app. Once I downloaded the app I clicked sign in with Facebook and it tells me I already have an account and won't let me go any further than the video that plays when you automatically open up the app. Paid for a video that I'm not even sure I'm going to get to see. Guess I'll call my credit card company.

Disappointed. My chosen celeb did not send the message so that leaves me feeling gutted as it was for my daughter's birthday. It also magnifies the flaws I would have otherwise overlooked 1. Price quoted in £ but charged in $ so I'll also have a related fee. 2. There was an additional fee on booking too. 3. Spammed more than once a day. 4. have received a prompt refund (which is good) but still out of pocket due to the two sets of fees. 5. No message = no ability to leave a review.

Couldn't even sign up! I tried closing the app and reopening. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It wouldn't let me sign up, continue with Instagram, or log in (thinking maybe I had created something and the app was glitching?) I kept getting error messages like "name cannot be email address" etc.

Horrible app experience. You can't paste in your password or view it while trying to login - really annoying for inputting strong passwords. When trying to share a video, search doesn't do anything and if you scroll down it takes forever. Then, once you get to your contact, you tap on their name and nothing happens. I ended up having to download the video and then uploaded it to Dropbox to share with my intended recipient.

I like it, but the search options just plain isn't working for me at all... For instance typing in Star Trek and searching will bring me to a screen that is constantly loading and never finishes. It's pretty annoying seeing as it's the most basic of features.
