New updates suck! Now this app is trying to force you to pay to get the features that used to be free. I'd have no problem paying a small amount but they want to bill monthly which is ridiculous. The free version is now unusable because everytime you make or receive a call, you get a big pop-up asking you to upgrade that covers relevant parts of the screen. I'm going to be doing some research into other apps. Shame that greed had to ruin a great app.

I'm trying to renew my subscription. The app is asking me to verify my identity by inserting a password to an email address that I closed and don't want to reopen. I tried to link another email address, but have had no success doing this. I MISS MISTER NUMBER!

Suddenly I can't use an app that I have had for months because they want to start charging fot premium, without notice, without a free option. No thanks. I'll find another app or just keep blocking. I have also tried to correct MANY caller ID mistakes by reporting every time the option arises. So caller ID is wrong & they want to start charging wirhoit another option. I do oay for some premium apps, but this is not the way to conduct business. I'm out.

I have been using Mr. Number for 4 years. It's very effective at reducing scam and spam calls. Block calls with one button push, and then If you want, report the number, which is kinof satisfying, by clicking one more time. You can also block a whole sequence of numbers which I've had to do several times. The list of blocked numbers is easy to view and check. The list of recent calls with caller id is also easy to view and check, and clearly shows which calls have been blocked.

I’ve had this app for years and used to absolutely love it and recommend it to all my friends. Gradually over time it has declined to the point that I’m going to replace it. In the beginning, it identified most incoming calls. Now it IDs those in your contact list and asks you to pay to identify most of the rest. It has also gotten slower and slower, meaning you can actually miss a call before it identifies it. And finally, I had to back up my phone and do a factory reset recently. When I restored the phone and apps, there was no way to log in to my previously free subscription. It demands that I pay for a new subscription, even though the service has declined significantly from the time when it was free. Sorry, I’ve had enough.

I've had this app for a long time now, since before they started charging. I don't know if they updated it or what changes they made to it but it freezes at time when I get calls and then it doesn't let me answer. It has also been hanging up the calls as soon as there's another coming in, it's so annoying!!! At first I wanted to believe it wasn't the app but my husband recently paid for the entire year and he's having the same issues. I'm really disappointed. Rating zero if I could.

very irritated that the App added some of my personal numbers (numbers in my contacts before downloading the app) to the block list without my command And seems to KEEP adding them back when I remove them. No way to email or contact support thru the App without using Facebook and I don't use Facebook. The app is almost as annoying as the spam calls. Will likely be removing it for a better Spam Blocker. Don't waste your time here. I'm going to try True Caller app. Maybe it is more user friendly.

Things started off ok. Then it switched to a "Subscribe if you still want the features we were offering for free" now it's subscription only. sorry I would think with the amount of ads they displayed they'd be in good shape. Hope they haven't shot themselves in the foot. It's just taking up space now so I'm deleting it.
