Have tried to download an update for crashing on taking a photo, but still doesn't exist ,the optimising tool works sometimes and others doesnt. The only way to work with it, is realise that you are better than it, and control your own tour.

For everyone not able to download this app on Andriod....all you have to do is add a pin number to your lock screen. After you've done this, reboot the phone then download the app. Only took us 8 days to discover this, and about 6 different phones later. What a nightmare, but it works.

Much faster than it used to be whilst scanning parcels before departing. However, the optimisation is so much worse than the old system, apparently it relies on Google maps for this. They need to change how that works, adding an hour to my day.

Too many bugs, closes down at the drop of a hat & throws you out & often very slow. I think they've tried to add too many features & over complicate it, worked much better when it was simpler.

After the 28 of Oct update huge changes no crashes at all. It's much better than the old school Scanner. Also much easier to use,but you need a good phone up to 8 or 9.0 android version capable phone. I use S10+ and the customers happy to handing and signing for parcels.Guys if you can add the customers phone number will be a big help for me for you,my area its fully with private properties or flats, and of course you cannot gain access. Call the office every day 5x getting phone numbers.

App overall is very good, the main issue is the crashing after taking a photo! I thought the last update had sorted it but the last few days its been as bad as ever, needs addressing ASAP

Over all the app is easy to use. Sometimes the optimize is ridiculous. 8/10 times it asks me to check my location even though I'm at the right address. Just as well I know my area.

Good app but the route planner could be improved has when i press directions tab in the app it loads the directions in to Google maps but it puts in the wrong house number so nearly all the time I have to double check and if it does I have to put house number in manually wasting time please get it sorted ☺️

GPS Coordinates messed up. Customer constantly receiving deliveries late due to add more stops because the sat nav sends you to the wrong address. Today my furthest was .3 miles out. Customers complaining, drivers leaving. This job should be easy but GPS Coordinates are slowing everything down! Each address needs to be 100% correct, or disable it and we go back to A to Z. It's costing fuel, time, customers, contracts, drivers, managers. All because the GPS Coordinates.
