My system hadn't worked for over 3 weeks Oct 2020! Tried contacting the company, got automated email response they would get back to me & nothing. I was able to log on once to set cameras, but not view any video. Constant "Network down. Please try again" or "Failed" error messages. Their products crashed, they were still selling systems! A customer for 5 years, but not important to them. I bought a new camera from Wansview. Even better, with panning & great customer service!

I am not sure about all of the bad reviews. This is a DIY system, which means you've got to set it up, install it, run the software, and monitor it. I set it up myself over a year ago, and I have added additional components such as the keypad. I've had no problems, and the system works as expected. I get push notifications, text messages, and emails when there is a problem.

Alarm function does not survive power cycle. If power is interrupted to the cube, I find it necessary to reset EVERY sensor that is being monitored. This is a really bad problem so please fix ! THIS PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED. Resetting all of the sensors each time this hapoens is exactly the issue! And resetting all the sensors is required even after the cube is rebooted after power is restored. This is a critcal shortcoming for an alarm system. Please really fix this critical issue!

Stuck at updating firmware. This was a fantastic product with outstanding functionality in which I spent hundreds of euros on. Now the Company seems to have gone bankrupt and has left us users with an unusable system. Very Disappointed. Unless there is a rapid intervention to fix this issue, I urge everyone to AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Long-time iSmart user, and also disappointed with their closing. But with some patience (esp. waiting for the Cube firmware update), my minimal setup has regained most of its previous functionality. I only have 2 door sensors and a motion sensor, and after updating app and Cube, all push notifications came as expected when triggered. One note: Although door sensors first report "Opened", when they are triggered at least once, they then report properly whether Opened or Closed. (The log of events however, is gone.) So I'll hang on for the free 12 months and reassess at that point.

The product just arrived. I followed the steps, download this app and i get an error saying iSmartAlarm keeps stopping and the program closes. What gives??? I spent $150 on the new years sale and i have a bunch of paper weights. I should put $150 worth of cash and make a trail leading up to my neighbors house, it would be a better deterrent and investment than this. Product is not functioning and unacceptable, this needs to be repaired tonight.

I just bough a iSmart Alarm and tried to set it up. I already regret having bought it. I downloaded this app and I can't even start it because it keeps crashing! I can't even begin setting it up!! Please update the app or something because this is really upsetting. I just installed my phone's new update to see if that would be the issue but it still doesn't work!

New update caused the arm/disarm screen to disappear. Door sensors and motion detector not long found. Cube hangs in firmware update. No prompts to add back missing components. An absolute disaster !!!!! System now totally useless. How is this even possible. Somebody needs to be fired. I want a REFUND.

The app crashes, but once it works it's not very intuitive but works. Update1: First go into Settings and authorize the app to access everything. Up2: The motion detector and contact sensor are not being identified by the Cube. Only the additional camera is identified, but push notification is only within the app, your phone won't display an icon/vibrate. Up3: Need to unscrew all items that are not recognised & take the battery out for 10 secs. Up4: SMS alerts only the US. Up5: stops android 10
